Booking and Payment Terms
When you make bookings through our platform, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with the activity operator. EdgeAtlas acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actual provision of services by third-party operators.
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are determined by individual operators and will be clearly communicated during the booking process. All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
Safety Disclaimers and Risk Acknowledgment
Extreme sports and adventure activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. By using our platform, you acknowledge and assume these risks. EdgeAtlas provides information and facilitates connections but does not guarantee the safety of any activity.
You are solely responsible for assessing your own fitness, skill level, and suitability for any activity. We strongly recommend consulting with medical professionals and obtaining appropriate insurance coverage before participating in extreme sports.
Contentge and Intellectual Property
All content on EdgeAtlas, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EdgeAtlas or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
User-Generated Content Guidelines
You may submit reviews, photos, comments, and other content to our platform. By submitting content, you grant EdgeAtlas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to EdgeAtlas in the twelve months preceding the claim.
